Employment Contract Benefits Is A UK Employment Contract Legally Binding If You Have Not Yet Started The Job?

Is a UK employment contract legally binding if you have not yet started the job? - employment contract benefits

I signed a contract for work in the UK, is my start date a month away.

The problem is that I offered a much better work elsewhere, and now they want to start with the company.

I wonder whether and what sanctions may be imposed, and if I can terminate the contract with success?

Most contracts have a time of reflection lol sorry for the lack of techinical terms, and this time is allowed after signing to change his mind. Look at all the contracts are different

If you have a signed contract is a binding and fully enshrined in law.
In this case, think that you are your date is one month if the reporting period, a month or less active.
Enter your employer hire you incurred, you must end the matter.
In this way is good, can encourage the employer to sweeten its offer for you.
