Cold or Allergies???....6 month old baby boy? - 6 month old cough when laugh
My 6-month baby has a stuffy nose, runny nose and cough. Cough, phlegm on the back of the neck.
When I suck out the mucus is usually clear, sometimes yellow. Be worse at night and morning.
He still eats fine and doing a little more demanding, but not so bad. He is always laughing.
His father has bad allergies. We are in VA and hot state.
So wondering what you think.

You can always see your baby from her pediatrician. I would. In fact, my son has allergies due to the high number of pollen at this time. I give children clariton daily.
If your child has a runny nose, cough and congestion sounds. try to make the session of steam. Turn the hot shower and let it run for 10 minutes, make sure that your shower curtain closed 3 / 4 of the way to escape so that steam, but keep the water in the tub / shower. Then sit down with her baby when it is filled the room with steam for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure that with pears sniff a few minutes. do it twice a day. To relieve lots.
You can also use a saline spray in each nostril, then suctionRubber ball. But def. double-checking with the pediatrician
